Yunxi Mansion

Developed by Media and designed by Fealand, Yunxi Mansion creates a private literati garden for the community, where modern aesthetics meet the elegance of literati thousands of years ago, creating a journey of homecoming through time and space. Inspired by the Shuihui Garden which is famous for water flowing around the whole garden, the landscape design extends the elegant and literary atmosphere in the residential property. Feng Qi Wu Tong

Feng Qi Wu Tong integrates Su style and Tang Dynasty architecture with modern design contexts and construction techniques to build a fine community that meets the interests and needs of modern residents. The overall landscape of the model area adopts the form of one axis and three courtyards, with a central symmetry, creating a sense of ritual outside with Confucian rituals, and following the beauty of mood inside.

Flowing Paperscapes

The Paperscapes Memorial preserves the importance of Chunghsing Paper Mill, and to commemorate the victims of the air-raid during the World War II that occurred on site. This landscape was designed under the concept of papers; the delicate and flexible characteristic, transformed into waves of landscapes that continuously flow, directing the axis of the landscape, also depicting the uniqueness of papers, creating the Paperscapes. The memorial park was designed in a geometric array to echo the scars inflicted to humanity, gradually healing through the embracing waves of the Paperscapes.

Guiyang New Community Park

The project provides a novel solution for the community park in Guiyang, China. A resilient design with a minimum of intervention that respects the site and highlights the local karst geography and former land use. As a result, the community park successfully integrates a program of leisure activities for the public with the preservation of karst landscape formations on the one hand and a waterfront design to support the dynamic hydrological processes on the other.

Poly Tan Gim

Poly Tan Gim is located on the bank of the Pearl River in Liwan District, Guangzhou, close to the golden waterway of the Pearl River. How to interpret the language and emotion of the site was what the design team mainly taken into account. The project combines the life of the riverside neighborhood with the experience of Lingnan culture (refers to the culture of Guangdong and nearby provinces in southeast China), activates the daily life and functional activities around, and creates a community park both private and public.

Kujdane

Kujdane retains the old while blending it with the new. It still has that A-frame silhouette like a traditional cabin in the woods but takes a step closer and sees that the structure has been tweaked with modern architectural elements. Wood is of course the element of choice to evoke that warm, cozy, cabin vibe and is complimented with cool-toned interior details for balance. The cabin is elevated by the sloping A-frame sides which makes it look like it is effortlessly hovering above ground level without visible stilts or pillars.
