The compact interior spaces are washed in natural light.

On the ground floor, light catering, handicraft, a flower shop and children's activities are combined, and only a small model exhibition area is kept. The sales function is placed on the upper floor. Aluminium plate, glass and imitation wood grilles form the facade. Interior and landscape are designed as one, so residents feel a stronger sense of belonging.
