B73 Apartments
B73 is embedded in the context with its innovative look, having high-end material usage and quality in execution. Each floor comprises of a single apartment. B73 is one of the very few buildings in the country using solid surface material and thermoforming for complex 3D shapes. The facade's morphology starts from a surface that is stretched with strategically placed cuts. A discontinuation occurs creating the shape of a swallow bird. A light art installation is placed in the ground floor lobby.
B73 Apartments Residential Building by Svetoslav Stanislavov was selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. B73 Apartments Residential Building won the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2022. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award that rewards superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
