Next Collection
Next Collection is a residential complex designed in relation to the landscape of Green Cape. The building consists of three independent wings placed on a podium that holds a garden. The rooftop is used as a social area with a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool. The layout of the wings supports a clear flow between the apartments and the garden on the podium. The interior follows a minimalist approach with a nautical theme and a calm color palette. The design combines organic forms with the surrounding topography.
Next Collection Hospitality Residential by David Nikuradze has been selected as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Next Collection Hospitality Residential won the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which celebrates superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
