Tree
The complex supports tech startups and provides a space for learning and growth. Inspired by nature, the designer has preserved an old tree as a symbol of growth and interaction, creating a workspace on two floors and a cafe. Below street level, it interacts with its surroundings. The lighting, the cafe ceiling is like a Sama dance, and the concrete facade are unique, while the challenges of the entrance stairs resemble musical notes. Each part of the design has a specific idea that the designer uses to enhance the cultural and aesthetic appeal, using handmade materials and other elements.
Tree Building Design by Mahdi Ghiasy was recognized as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Tree Building Design won the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which honors excellent design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
