Located on Turgut Ozal Boulevard in Adana, Goktekin Q1 is a mixed use residential project shaped by the natural slope of the site. Commercial units open directly to the boulevard, supporting pedestrian use and daily street life. Housing is placed on a landscaped podium that forms a shared garden. This organization separates street level functions and residential areas while maintaining visual continuity. The project proposes a balanced relationship between the boulevard and residential living.
Goktekin Q1 Mixed Use Residential Complex by A Tasarim Mimarlik has been featured as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Goktekin Q1 Mixed Use Residential Complex was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2026. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition that recognizes superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
