Enclave
Due to the aesthetics and expectations of the owners, the garden was planned as an enclave in the middle of the city. What seemed like a challenge at first ultimately turned out to be an advantage. The garden includes a multi level area with several relaxation zones amidst greenery. There are several terraces in the immediate vicinity of the house. In one of them, amidst the silence and sound of water, the owner reads books and in the next one, the whole family feasts over dinner. In summer, the family's life moves to the swimming pool area.
Enclave Garden by Paulina Jonczyk has been featured as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Enclave Garden earned the Iron A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2026. The A' Landscape Planning and Garden Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that rewards excellent design of landscape designs, public parks, residential gardens, urban plazas, campus designs, green roofs, waterfront developments, Eco-Parks, botanical gardens and more.
