Coastal Private Villa

Coastal

This architectural villa redefines modern living with its sculptural, flowing rooflines and seamless fusion of luxury and nature. It seamlessly integrates with nature through lush tropical landscaping and biophilic elements like greenery on terraces. Many modern homes incorporate landscaping as an afterthought, but here, lush greenery is an integral part of the design, cascading from terraces and blending the house into its surroundings. This creates a biophilic connection that most contemporary homes lack. Also, this design embraces earthy-toned plaster, natural stone, and warm wood accents.

Each tower is formed from seven typical floor plate shapes that are skewed and rotated, so the corners shift about one metre from the floor below. The facade combines copper-toned metals with warm ceramic-like panels. The east and south sides bring in daylight and views, while the partly elevated ground floor places the entrance and drop-off area on the north side.
