16 The Moment Residential

16 The Moment

The architect had a special offer from a client who came to entrust the team with the design and execution of a building for himself and his four children in five independent units. There was no doubt. Part of the attraction of this project was the team knew the urban infrastructures of that area and municipal rules allow the construction of more floors than the client intended. In early Iranian apartment living in Tehran's modernist era, uniform unit plans are avoided, enriching this family-centric project with unique qualities and value.

Fillet House Residential

Soleil 88 Phnom Penh

Soleil 88 Phnom Penh is a residential development of 88 row houses in Cambodia. Row houses are common in Phnom Penh, where large groups of similar units are hard to tell apart.
